Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everything sold on buyawsaccs.com. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read the refund policy alongside this page.

1. Who you are dealing with

Buyawsaccs is an independent reseller of cloud provider accounts and cloud credit. We are not an authorised partner, agent or reseller of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google or any other provider named on this site, and we do not act on their behalf. All product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what an account is for.

2. What is being sold

Each listing describes a digital product: access to a provider account, in the configuration set out on that product page. What you receive is the account credentials and the login information needed to sign in. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Ordering and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. Orders are settled in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, USDT TRC20, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Dogecoin or Polygon. Payment details are issued per order. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed.

4. Delivery

Account details are sent within two business days of a confirmed order. If that window passes without delivery, the order is refunded. Please check the details and confirm within 30 minutes of receipt, as set out in the refund policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for using any account you buy in line with the relevant provider’s own terms of service and acceptable use policy.
• You must not use an account for anything unlawful, for sending unsolicited bulk email, or for anything that would put the provider’s infrastructure or other customers at risk.
• You are responsible for securing the account after delivery, including changing credentials and enabling any authentication the provider offers.

6. Limits on what we can promise

Cloud providers set and change their own rules, quotas and verification requirements, and they can suspend or close an account at their discretion. We cannot control those decisions and we do not guarantee that an account will remain active indefinitely or that a provider will approve any particular use. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the plan described on the product page, and to the refund terms set out in the refund policy.

7. Support

Support is provided over Telegram and covers questions about the plan you bought, delivery and initial access. It does not extend to building, operating or maintaining your infrastructure.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
