Refund policy

This policy covers the digital products sold on buyawsaccs.com. Orders are delivered as account credentials rather than as physical goods, so nothing is shipped and nothing is returned by post.

When an order is refunded

• Your account details do not reach you within two business days of a confirmed order.
• We are unable to supply the plan you ordered.
• The account delivered does not match the plan described on the product page.

The 30 minute check

When the account details arrive, please sign in and confirm that everything works within 30 minutes of receipt. Compensation cannot be offered for problems reported after that window, because access to an account cannot be withdrawn once it has been handed over.

What is not refundable

• An account that has been delivered, checked and confirmed as working.
• An account suspended or closed by the provider after delivery because of how it was used.
• A change of mind after the credentials have been sent.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, to a wallet address you confirm with us. Network fees are deducted from the amount returned.

How to raise a refund

Message us on Telegram at t.me/buyawsaccs with your order number and a description of what went wrong. We will confirm the outcome and, where a refund is due, process it as soon as the wallet address is confirmed.
